"Keyboard," depending on how the term is used, can mean a lightweight, tuck-it-under-your-arm-and-take-it-anywhere kind of instrument. At the other end of the spectrum, it can refer to an instrument that looks like a traditional acoustic piano, only with electronic circuitry. (This is usually called a "digital piano." The sort of keyboard available at Garten's Music is the portable piano, usually called a "stage piano". At Garten's you can play a nice selection of stage pianos from KAWAI, Roland, and other brands.

Stage pianos usually have 88-note, hammer-action keyboards, and have anywhere from a dozen to hundreds of sounds, including (of course) a selection of pianos for any application.

Some of these have built-in speakers. Others are designed to be plugged into an external amplifier. Some come with stands, but most do not, allowing you to choose the stand that best fits your needs.

If you need a stage piano, you may also need a stand, bench, bag or case, keyboard amplifier (check out Roland or Yorkville/Traynor), perhaps a replacement sustain pedal or AC adapter. You'll find that we have a well-stocked selection of accessory items to make your keyboard system complete.
